4-days Amboseli wildlife safari trip
Overview
The trip offers an opportunity to experience the park’s diverse wildlife, stunning landscapes, and local culture. As you journey from Nairobi to the park, check into accommodations, and an evening game drive to see the park’s wildlife, a hot air balloon ride for a bird’s-eye view of the park, and a boat cruise on one of the park’s lakes or swamps to see different types of birds and aquatic animals and a guided nature walk to see the local people and the beautiful scenery, and engaging in bird watching. The trip ends with a return journey to the agreed drop-off point on day 4.
DAY1: Travel to Amboseli National park
On day 1 of your trip to Amboseli National Park, you will begin your journey by flying into Nairobi, Kenya. From there, you can either take a short flight or a long drive to the park. The drive takes about 3-4 hours and is a great opportunity to see more of the country. Once you arrive at the park, you will check into your accommodations and have some time to settle in before going on an evening game drive. During the game drive, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and zebras, as well as beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
Stop over lunch and then have an overnight stay at the lodge.
DAY2:Game drive and cultural encounters.
Begin with an early morning game drive after your delicious breakfast, traversing through the open savannah woodland. This is the perfect time to catch a glimpse of the beautiful landscapes and abundant wildlife, as they are just waking up and the dust has not yet risen. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit the local Masaai people, who are the inhabitants of the area. This will give you an insight into their unique culture, including their traditional dances and way of life, including clothing and food. After lunch, you will spend the night at a lodge.
DAY3: Hot air balloon and boat cruise
In the early morning, you will go on a hot air balloon ride, which will give you a bird’s-eye view of the park and its wildlife. You will be able to see the vast savannah grasslands, and the elephants, lions and other wild animals roaming below. Later in the day, you will go on a boat cruise on one of the park’s lakes or swamps, which will give you a chance to see different types of birds and aquatic animals in their natural habitat. This is a great way to relax and take in the beauty of the park from a different perspective. The day will end with an overnight stay at a lodge.
DAY4: Departure
On day 4 of your trip, it’s time to depart from Amboseli National Park. You will have an early morning breakfast, and then begin the return journey to your agreed drop-off point in Uganda. Your time in the park has come to an end, but the memories of the beautiful landscapes, rich wildlife, and local culture will stay
