Day 1: Touchdown in Tanzania
Start your adventure in Tanzania as you land at the airport and proceed to immigration and customs formalities. Collect your luggage and our representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel. Check-in and take some time to rest and freshen up before embarking on your Tanzanian journey.”
Day 2:Tarangire National Park Excursion
Begin your journey with a pickup from your hotel at 8 am, and embark on a thrilling adventure to Tarangire National Park. Known for its diverse landscape and nine different vegetation zones, the park is home to ancient Baobab trees and an abundance of wildlife. Along the river, spot lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and the largest concentration of elephants in the country. Enjoy a picnic lunch at an observatory with stunning views of the river and wildlife, and keep an eye out for hunting animals. Continue the game drive in the afternoon before returning to your accommodation
Day 3: Discover the Beauty of Lake Manyara National Park
Embark on a scenic journey across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Despite its small size of 205 sq. miles, the park boasts stunning landscapes and is home to a diverse array of wildlife. Explore the lush acacia forest, giant figs and mahogany trees, and encounter a growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. See giraffes, elephants, impalas, and a large number of buffaloes. Spot hippos in the lake and keep an eye out for the park’s unique tree-climbing lions, flamingos on the lake shore, as well as the Ground Hornbill and Crested Eagle. Take advantage of additional activities such as a bike tour or boat excursion, and capture breathtaking photographs of giraffes and buffaloes with the lake and its flamingos in the background. Return to the camp for dinner in the afternoon.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park Adventure
Begin your day with an early breakfast and set off to explore the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Take in the spectacular views on the drive, including a stop at Ngorongoro Crater rim. Experience the endless plains and witness the Great Migration of 2 million wildebeests, zebras, and various antelopes. Spot big cats and predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. The park also boasts diverse small animals and over 500 bird species.
Day 5: Immerse Yourself in the Serengeti.
Enjoy a full day of exploration in the Serengeti National Park. Your guide will work with you to create a personalized itinerary based on your preferences. Choose from options such as a morning game drive followed by lunch and relaxation at the camp, or a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Your guide will also discuss the best timing for game drives and wake-up time with you each day to ensure an optimal safari experience.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro.
Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti to witness one of the best sunrises you’ll ever see. After the game drive, return to the camp for brunch and then head to Ngorongoro, the 8th wonder of the natural world. The crater is 102 sq. miles with 2,000 ft high walls, and is home to almost every species of wildlife found in East Africa. It’s a rare location to see the black Rhino. The crater has a river, swamps, a soda lake with flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It’s also known for its large elephants with huge tusks, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil. Enjoy a sundowner upon arrival.
Day 7: Explore Ngorongoro Crater
Begin the day early and descend into the crater for a morning of wildlife viewing in a stunning location. After the game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo lake. Have a short game drive before exiting the conservation area towards Arusha, and expect to return around 5pm. Flexibility is offered for flight schedule or other situation.
