Overview
10-day Egypt tour exploring ancient civilization, history, and landmarks. Begins in Aswan with a Nubian breakfast and flies to Cairo for a hidden gems tour, Islamic Cairo, Al Moez St, and the best food. 9th day in Alexandria for library tour, Roman Amphitheater, St. Mark’s church, downtown, El Nabi Daniel Mosque, Abbo Elabbas Mosque, Montaza gardens, Haramlek and Salamlek palaces. Last day for departure with airport assistance from a representative. As you enjoy your early morning onboard breakfast, visit The Temple of Horus in Edfu. The Temple of Edfu is an Egyptian temple located on the west bank of the Nile in Edfu, Upper Egypt. The city was known in the Hellenistic period in Koin? Greek: ?π?λλωνος π? λις and in Latin as Apollonopolis Magna, after the chief god Horus, who was identified as Apollo under the interpretation graeca. This Ptolemaic temple, built between 237 and 57 BC, is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in Egypt. Preserved by desert sand, which filled the place after the pagan cult was banned, the temple is dedicated to Horus, the avenging son of Isis and Osiris.
Cross the lock. Sail to Luxor where you will have an overnight stay in preparation for the next adventurous day.
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo.
You will be greeted by our reps at Cairo airport and assisted with airport formalities. Your tour leader will give an overview of the itinerary and answer any questions during the transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Museum & Mummies.
After breakfast, visit the Great Pyramids, Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions and explore their chambers. Have a camel ride with views of Sphinx and Pyramids. After lunch, visit the Egyptian Museum to see 250,000 artifacts, including the Tutankhamen collection and well-preserved royal mummies. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Sakkara & Memphis Tour.
After breakfast, visit the Step Pyramids of Zoser and Memphis, the former capital of ancient Egypt. See the Statue of Ramses II. Return to hotel for overnight in Cairo.
Day 4: Transfer to Luxor for full-day adventure.
After breakfast, fly to Luxor. Visit Luxor Museum and the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Board Nile Cruise for lunch and scenic views. Return to hotel in Luxor for overnight stay.
Day 5: Nile Cruise To King Tut’s Tomb And The Valley Of Queens.
After breakfast, visit the West Bank, the Valley of the Kings, and tour King Tut’s tomb. Learn about Tutankhamun, ancient Egypt’s famous pharaoh and discover lesser-known facts about him. Continue to the Valley of the Queens, where 90 tombs of queens and princes are located. Visit the colorful tomb of queen Nefertari (extra ticket). Then, tour the Temple of Deir El Bahari of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Your lunch will be served onboard. Return to your hotel for leisure.
Day 6: Nile Cruise Safari.
Early morning breakfast on board, then visit Edfu’s Temple of Horus. Sail to Kom Ombo for a visit to the Sobek & Haroeris Temple. After lunch, continue sailing to Aswan for visits to the Temple of Philae and the High Dam. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 7: Experience The Nubian Life.
Spend a day immersing in Nubian culture at a unique Nubian resort set in a Nubian village along the Nile. Experience Nubian architecture, lifestyle, and cuisine. Learn about the ancient civilization and its traditions. Overnight stay at the Nubian resort.
Day 8: Day 8: Aswan / Cairo’s Best Kept Secrets
Have a traditional Nubian breakfast and then fly to Cairo. Try the best foods in Egypt and visit hidden spots in the city. Explore Islamic Cairo and Al Moez Street and discover off-the-beaten-path local gems such as old markets, hidden galleries, and local food. Return to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Alexandria Tour.
Visit the Library of Alexandria, Roman Amphitheater, Church of St. Mark, El Nabi Daniel Mosque, traditional markets, Abbo Elabbas Mosque, old harbor, Quaitbay Castle, Gardens of Montaza, and Montaza Palace. Lunch stop at a famous fish restaurant or Alexandrian food place. Return to Cairo hotel for overnight.
Day 10: Departure.
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport and receive assistance with departure formalities.
