3 Day Lake Mburo National Park Team Building Retreat

Our remarkable 3-day journey begins with your departure from Kampala or your company offices, where you will embark on a comfortable tour van or bus. As we set out on this adventure, anticipation fills the air.

Upon our arrival at Lake Mburo National Park, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits us. Check-in at the lodge or campsite, nestled either inside the national park or along the tranquil shores of Lake Mburo. After settling in, we’ll gather for refreshments and receive a brief orientation about the park and the exciting activities that lie ahead.

In the afternoon, we’ll venture into the heart of nature with a guided nature walk, guided by experienced local guides who intimately know the secrets of this pristine wilderness. For our evening meal, we’ll relish a dining experience by the lakeside at the lodge’s restaurant, where a delectable fusion of local and international cuisine awaits. The soothing sounds of the lake will provide the perfect backdrop to our dinner, making it a truly memorable evening.

The second day of our expedition promises even more excitement and cultural discovery. In the morning, we’ll embark on an exhilarating game drive within Lake Mburo National Park. This adventure offers the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including imposing buffaloes, graceful giraffes, and agile antelopes. As we traverse the park’s landscapes, we’ll be treated to breathtaking views and the thrill of encountering animals in their natural habitat.

For a unique perspective and an intimate connection with the wilderness, we have the option to explore the park on horseback during the game drive, allowing us to get up close to the wildlife while riding through this captivating landscape.

Later in the morning, we’ll have the opportunity to delve into the rich culture of the Banyankole people with a visit to a nearby local community. Here, we’ll partake in traditional dances, observe local crafts being created, and engage warmly with the community members, gaining insights into their way of life and preserving cherished memories.

In the afternoon, a delightful picnic lunch awaits us at a picturesque spot within the park, providing a moment of relaxation amidst the tranquility of Lake Mburo’s natural surroundings.

As we approach the evening, our adventure culminates in a special bush dinner, thoughtfully set in a secluded spot within the park. Here, we’ll savor the flavors of our journey while reflecting on the day’s remarkable experiences, serenaded by the harmonious sounds of the African night.

On the final morning of our unforgettable journey, you have the option to partake in early morning birdwatching or engage in additional activities based on your personal preferences. It’s a chance to savor the remaining moments of this exceptional adventure.

In the late morning, it will be time to bid farewell to Lake Mburo, a place that has left an indelible mark on our hearts. We’ll check out from the lodge, cherishing the memories we’ve created, and embark on the journey back to Kampala, carrying with us the beauty of Lake Mburo National Park and the warmth of its people in our hearts.
